Air filter maintenance

The air filter should be cleaned once after the break-in period, and the frequency of cleaning should be increased when traveling on dusty roads, as follows:

1, remove the right side cover, remove the five air filter housing fixing screws, remove the air filter housing cover, and then remove the filter element

2、Put the filter into the cleaning agent to clean, and let it dry

3、Spray the dry filter element with 15W/40QE grade engine oil, knead it well, and then squeeze out the excess oil.

4、Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly

5、 install the right side cover to note: 1, paper filter element to be replaced every exercise 8000KM 2, paper filter element should be compressed air to blow away the dust

Brake maintenance and repair

I. Adjustment of drum front brake

A. Support the main bracket and measure the free travel of the front brake handle from the free position to the start of braking as 10～20mm.

B. If it is not in the specified range, it should be adjusted. Adjust the front brake nut clockwise to reduce the free travel; adjust the front brake nut counterclockwise to increase the free travel.

c, hold the front brake smoothly brake handle a few times, and then relax, check whether the front brake works well (turn the front wheel to see whether the front wheel rotation is flexible)

D. Adjustment can also be made through the front brake fine-tuning nut

Note: If the pointer on the front brake is aligned with the scale on the brake end cap, the brake shoes should be replaced.

Every 4000KM, the shoes should be replaced.

Every 2,000KM, the clutch operating line should be cleaned and lubricated.

Adjustment of rear brake

A. Support the motorcycle with the main bracket

B. Measure the travel of the rear brake pedal from the original position to the start of brake operation as 20~30mm.

C. If adjustment is necessary, adjust the brake in the same way as the front brake.

Maintenance of the battery

Remove the left side cover.

Add electrolyte to the new battery between the upper and lower scales.

Supplementary charging of the new battery, the use of better results

Use 0.1A current and charge for 6~7 hours.

Use 0.3A current and charge for 3~4 hours.

Frequently check the battery, if the liquid level is lower than the lowest scale, should be supplemented with distilled water to the prescribed value for the battery loss of power or long time not in use, should be supplemented with charging Note: charging will produce hydrogen and oxygen, charging site is strictly prohibited smoke and fire.

Oil inspection and replacement

Check the oil and oil level every day before driving.

1、Place the motorcycle on a flat surface and support it with the main stand.

2. Loosen the oil dipstick to see if the oil level is between the upper and lower scales. If the amount of oil is too low, add the specified amount of oil as appropriate.

Replace the lubricating oil and clean the filter

1、Warm up the engine for 2-3 minutes and turn off the engine.

2、Put an oil container under the engine.

Unscrew the oil drain hole cover, remove the oil drain hole cover, take out the oil filter and spring.

4、Step on the recoil starter several times to help all the residual oil discharged.

5、Put the spring, filter and oil drain hole cover into the cleaning agent to clean.

6、Check whether the 0-type sealing ring and filter screen are intact, and replace them if they are damaged, and then install them back in the reverse order of disassembly.

7、Inject new oil between the upper and lower scale lines, note: the new car should be replaced 3 times during the break-in period.

Inspection and replacement of spark plugs

1、Remove the spark plug cap and remove the debris around it.

2、Remove the spark plug with the spark plug socket plate hand that comes with the car.

3、Clean the spark plug carbon with a brazier and remove the debris on the spark plug with a brush.

4、Check whether the spark plug electrode is eroded, if there is erosion, the spark plug should be replaced.

5、Check the spark plug gap with a thickness gauge, and adjust the spark plug gap to 0.6-0.7mm.

6、Check the sealing gasket on the spark plug, if it is seriously deformed or ruptured, it should be replaced.

7、Spark check: start the engine, check the spark color, the spark should be blue-white.

8、When tightening the spark plug, in order to prevent the threads from messing up, the spark plug should be screwed into place by hand first, and then tightened with the spark plug socket.

Replacement of fuse

The fuse is next to the battery, and should be replaced with the same specification fuse. If the fuse burns out frequently, it is usually short-circuited or overloaded, and should be checked by maintenance personnel.

Using a fuse that does not meet the specifications can bring serious consequences or even fire to the circuit system.

When checking and replacing the fuse, the ignition switch should be turned to the off position to prevent a short circuit.

Adjustment of headlight irradiation direction

Insert the screwdriver through the small hole in the rear panel of the front headlight cover and adjust the headlight adjustment screws

Turn the adjusting screw clockwise, the light becomes higher

Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise, the light becomes lower

Vehicle cleaning

In order to maintain the quality of the exercise of the vehicle, it should be cleaned regularly and checked for damage and oil leakage

1、Clean the whole vehicle with a large amount of clean water, cleaning, electrical switches, meters, silencer outlet

2, dry the motorcycle, start the engine, let it warm up a few minutes

3、Lubricate the drive chain, and do the braking experiment before going on the road, so as to let it return to the normal state

Note: After cleaning, the braking performance of the motorcycle is reduced

Vehicle storage

If the vehicle is not used for a long time, more than 1 month, do the following work:

1. Wash and dry the motorcycle, wax the body, and apply lubricating oil to parts that are prone to rusting.

2、Remove the spark plug and put 15-20ML of lubricating oil into the cylinder.

3、Remove the battery and place it in a dry, ventilated place out of direct sunlight.

4、Inflate the tires to the specified air pressure, and put them on the cushion.

5、Cover the motorcycle with cloth or strong ventilation items, and park the motorcycle in a ventilated place with little temperature difference.

Use of the motorcycle after storage

1、Remove the cover of the motorcycle

2、Check the voltage of the battery, if the voltage is too low, it should be recharged.

3. Add fresh fuel

4、Check whether the performance is normal before driving.
